Allred, who has not seen the tape, said Dennis told her that there is more than one girl on the tape and a man who “appears to look like R. Kelly.”
“Mr. Dennis said that it appeared to him that Mr. Kelly was controlling the camera,” she said.
The video has since been turned over to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Allred said Sunday.

Kelly’s attorney said his client “denies that he is on any tape with underaged girls” and questioned whether Dennis and his wife will be prosecuted for “the Dennis’ possession what they (the Dennis’) believe is child pornography in their tape collection.”
“The doubt here is self-evident, with reporting that the man on the tape kinda, sorta looks like R Kelly. That doesn’t make it him. It is not him,” Steve Greenberg said in a statement to The News.
The R&B singer currently faces 10 counts of felony sex abuse in Chicago, where he recently spent the weekend behind bars.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and maintained his innocence in a tearful, angry interview with Gayle King last week on CBS.
